We are on the lookout for an attentive and organized Executive Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will require punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items as needed.
- Handle general tasks as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Skills and qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
