Responsibilities:
- Conduct live interviews with sports fans at tailgates, capturing their passion, traditions, and experiences.
- Develop engaging segments that highlight fan culture, team rivalries, and pre-game festivities.
- Interact with fans to build rapport and encourage participation, ensuring a fun and lively atmosphere.
- Stay informed about sports events, teams, and relevant news to engage fans with insightful questions and discussions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to share content on social media platforms, enhancing audience engagement.
- Be prepared to handle unexpected situations, including weather changes and crowd dynamics, while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of various sports, teams, and fan culture.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Previous hosting or reporting experience is a plus; comfortable in front of a camera and microphone.
- Energetic, relatable, dependable and able to connect with fans of all ages.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as required by the sports schedule.
