As a Creative Media Intern you will be the face of the Down Money Show, and play a crucial role in shaping the public persona of our brand. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of content creation, where your creativity and passion for media will drive the success of our show, with the potential to move into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and conduct interviews on the Down Money Show, demonstrating comfort and confidence in front of the camera.
- Develop and pitch innovative series ideas that align with our brand and audience interests.
- Identify and reach out to potential interviewees, establishing relationships and securing their participation on the Down Money Show.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of episodes from conception to post.
- Engage with our audience through various media platforms, contributing to our community's growth and interaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creative direction of our media content.
Qualifications:
- A rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must reside in the Tri-State area, have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and series.
- Proactive in finding and reaching out to potential interview subjects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Prior experience in media production, marketing, communications, or journalism is a plus.
