We are on the lookout for a skilled and professional Executive Director of our nonprofit branch. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, including grant writing, budgeting, and working closely with the Board of Directors. This role requires a strong background in real estate and nonprofit management, with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational excellence and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Provide visionary leadership to guide the organization towards achieving its mission and strategic goals. Oversee daily operations and manage a dedicated team.
- Grant Writing: Develop and execute grant writing strategies to secure funding and maintain financial health.
- Funding: Develop and execute relationships and writing strategies to secure funding and maintain financial health.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial stability and transparency.
- Board Oversight: Collaborate with and support the Board of Directors in governance and strategic planning. Facilitate board meetings and ensure effective communication.
- Real Estate Expertise: Utilize a strong background in real estate to inform and enhance the organization’s activities and initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community to advance the organization’s mission.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Director or in a similar leadership role within a nonprofit organization.
- Strong background in real estate and/or property management, with a deep understanding of the industry’s nuances and challenges.
- Demonstrated success in grant writing and securing funding.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Experience working with and supporting a Board of Directors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
