These no-bake berry cheesecake cups are layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a vibrant berry topping—deliciously refreshing and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Berry Topping:
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
Make the Crust:
In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among serving cups, pressing down to form a crust layer.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
