The Landing Restaurant in New Hope, PA, quickly stole my heart with its perfect blend of cozy charm and delightful cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning river views and the warm, inviting atmosphere.

The seared scallops were a standout, with their crisp exterior and tender center, complemented by a zesty citrus beurre blanc. The braised short ribs were another highlight—slow-cooked to absolute perfection and paired with creamy polenta and roasted root vegetables. The grilled salmon, with its fresh, flaky texture and tangy dill sauce, was a true treat, while the lobster mac and cheese was a luxurious indulgence I couldn’t get enough of. I also enjoyed the seasonal salad, brimming with fresh, local ingredients.

To top it all off, the chocolate lava cake was an irresistible finish—rich and gooey with a molten center, paired with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Dining at The Landing felt like a special experience, and I can’t wait to go back for another taste of their incredible offerings.
